Hari left his 15-year long consulting career in international management to found HolidayIQ.com, India’s first travel community and most popular holiday-planning website. He is a sought-after speaker on online travel in major travel trade events. Apart from travelling, Hari’s other interests include food, reading and water sports. He lives in Bengaluru with wife Sunita, a practicing architect, and sons Aman and Nayan.


Kapil Goswamy, CMD, BigBreaksShravan Gupta, Executive Director – Leisure Businesses, FCM Travel Solutions India

Prior to taking over as the Executive Director and head of leisure businesses of Flight Centre Travel Group’s Indian subsidiary, Shravan was the owner and Managing Director of Travel Tours Group (TTG), one of South India’s premium travel brands. In February 2017, TTG was acquired by Flight Centre Travel Group making the combined entity one of India’s leading travel players with a revenue of
INR 3500 crores. Shravan has been featured on CNBC’s Young Turks programme and is a regular speaker at various industry forums. He is also the the managing trustee of the Tattva School, chairman of the Tourism Committee at Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and is a trustee of the Vasavi Education Trust, Hospital and Vidya Niketan.

With over 30 years of experience in the travel and tourism business, Kapil has seen and presided over many revolutionary phases in the country’s organised travel industry. The twice National Tourism Award recipient (2013, 2014) has modelled BigBreaks (a new online venture of the Trans India Holidays Group which has been conceived with the idea of offering greater flexibility, customisation and personalised travel trips and tours) on catering to the changing nature of travellers. As a travel enthusiast, Kapil has travelled to over 70 countries and almost all across India.

Over a decade ago, Anurag and Priya gave up a career in media and opted for a life of vagabonding and travel writing. ‘Loosely based’ in Bangalore, they contribute to leading newspapers and magazines and have several books to their credit, including an Odisha Guide for Outlook Traveller. They were were part of the jury of Outlook Traveller’s Annual Readers Survey Awards 2014 and the inaugural Boutique Hotel Awards 2016.
